When you’ve lived
through loss, the
whole world shifts.
What once felt solid now feels fragile. But peace isn’t gone - it’s waiting to be gently reclaimed.
I’m Sarah Brason, grief navigator, certified grief coach and trainer supporting companies and individuals through grief.
I help people rediscover their inner calm, reconnect with their strength, and begin to find light again - one small, honest step at a time.

LIVING AFTER LOSS
My experience of grief
When I lost my daughter, Rowan, my world shattered. For a long time, I lived inside the pain - trying to find my way through something I couldn’t fix or make sense of.
Over time, I learned that grief doesn’t go away, but it does soften when it’s seen, spoken, and shared.
My role as a Grief Navigator grew from that truth - a way to help others find gentler ground beneath their own loss, and to remember that peace, though changed, is still possible.
When we stop fearing our grief and gently turn towards it, we give ourselves the opportunity to grow.

Who I work with
I work with adults who are navigating life after loss in its many shapes: the death of a child, partner, parent, sibling, or friend; the end of a relationship; the loss of health, identity, or career; or any moment when the ground beneath you has shifted and you’re left wondering who you are now.
I’ve walked through the fire of grief and found calm in its ashes. If you’re ready to do the same, I’ll walk beside you every step of the way.

1:1 grief journey
Reclaim the Peace That Grief Stole
A private, nurturing space to help you find your footing again, tailored to you.
If you have come through the rawest part of grief but still feel:
Heavy with what you’ve been carrying
Disconnected from who you used to be
Numb or guilty for wanting peace
Ready to breathe again but unsure how to
Over a series of guided sessions, we’ll walk together: honouring your pain, finding meaning in your experience, and gently moving towards peace.

Griefspace
An open hour about life after loss
Griefspace is a free, online gathering where we can explore what grief really is without judgment, expectation, or pressure to ‘move on’.
Each session offers a different theme, opening gentle conversations about how grief shows up in our daily lives - in our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
Join us to explore simple ways to live with grief, rather than battle against it, and begin to make peace with what remains.

Speaker and singer
Authentic keynotes that bring hope
I speak, write, and sing about life after loss and the courage it takes to live with an open heart again.
Through heartfelt talks, creative workshops, and my charity song “Hello/Goodbye,” I invite people to explore how grief can transform us - softening what hurts and revealing the strength within our stories.
Whether sharing on stage, guiding a group, or singing live, my work is about truth - giving voice to what’s often left unspoken, helping others find light in the darkness of grief.
A gift from me
These five steps aren’t rules or stages. They’re invitations. Gentle ways to meet your grief differently, so that peace can find its way back to you in its own time, and in your own way. It's time to find the peace you still carry.

Supporting your employees and students
Grief doesn’t just touch home life - it walks into classrooms, lecture halls, and staff rooms too. I help create safe, compassionate spaces where loss can be met with understanding rather than fear.
Because when we empower the adults of tomorrow to navigate grief with honesty and courage, we build resilience that lasts a lifetime. And when we support the staff who hold them, we strengthen the whole system.
Workshops: Interactive sessions for students or staff to understand and express grief in healthy, age-appropriate ways.
Webinars and Training: Practical tools for educators and pastoral teams to respond with confidence and care when loss impacts your community.
Talks and assemblies: Honest, hope-filled conversations that remind every listener that grief is part of love and that healing is possible.
Consultation and strategy: Guidance for leadership teams on creative and embedding compassionate policies and communication around bereavement.

Hello/Goodbye
My charity single gives listeners hope while raising money for two amazing organisations: Sands and The Beyond Boundaries Foundation. I also perform this live, with or without a keynote presentation.

Sarah has a refreshing, bold and brave attitude to life that comes across in everything she does. So when she takes to the stage, she literally shines! Her message is so inspiring - she truly empowered her audience to turn towards the thing that we fear is going to break us (instead of hiding away or running) - and instead shows us how powerful it is to use it to drive us forward.
Rachel Dunford Founder at The Impact Specialist
Sarah is profoundly optimistic in her vision for a successful life, even after (or maybe because of) a devastating period of trauma. Her pain and empathy is palpable, but so too is her determination to not just thrive, but help others to do the same.
